Methyl 3-aminocrotonate, white crystalline powder, as shown in the figure below. Methyl 3-aminocrotonate is Medical intermediates, mainly used for nifedipine, niindipine, fellodipine, amlodipine and other cardiovascular drugs intermediates.
In this article, we just focus on the synthesis of Nifedipine. Nifedipine is mainly used for the treatment of the following symptoms: 1) Primary pulmonary arterial hypertension; 2) Heart failure; 3) Raynaud's phenomenon; 4) Migraine; 5) Bronchial asthma. There are three main synthesis methods for nifedipine: 1) Hantzsch synthesis method: mainly using nitrobenzaldehyde, methyl acetoacetate, concentrated ammonia and other synthesis. 2) Ionic liquid catalysis method: mainly using nitrobenzaldehyde, methyl acetoacetate and 3-aminocrotonate as raw materials, and synthesized by ionic liquid catalysis. 3) Microwave synthesis method: mainly using nitrobenzaldehyde, methyl acetoacetate and 3-aminocrotonate as raw materials, using microwave radiation method to synthesize nifedipine. |
